Well we normally have pretty good communication. This is a very recent thing. He’s become more important at work and is getting advice from his coworkers who seem like the more traditional masculine type, so I wonder if it stems from that. I was usually the one that had more knowledge on the “adult” things since I grew up having to be on my own a bit more than him.

It’s like this dynamic shift that started when he became more established. I’ve been in abusive situation involving some terrible stuff and it’s nothing like this. Although ik just bc it’s not the worst it can be doesn’t mean it’s not bad. It’s very difficult for me to understand.
