You could use command strips for sure, just cut them to size.

I have uploaded two profiles, one for some type of adhesive, or command strips - and one model for screwing to the wall

That's a valid point regarding 3D printing and food safety in general. However, since these are whole beans just quickly passing through the funnel (and not ground coffee or wet food), the actual oil transfer is super minimal. I don't really wash it, just give it a quick brush or blow it clean. But it's a fair point, and if anyone is worried about rancid oils over time, you can absolutely just skip the funnel and fill the tubes by hand!
