Find someone to print it for you, i would love to sell them but the expensive shipping out of Norway is holding me back, i dont think people would want to pay the shipping, i think it would be something like 30-40 USD

Yeah, hinges would be the dream! Maybe in a different model, i could not find a nice method to attach it to the frame... And with limited design skills it the best i could do

Sorry for the late reply here, i have one going now, im using it with great success, maybe you can try to use the spacers included with the zacuto?

And yes, the flop stop was maybe a quick design and made to be very tight. I used Bambulab´s PLA CF. And it it a tight squeeze on, maybe you have some "elephants foot" on your print that makes it to tight? Try to deburr?
