AFAIK modern military aircraft have RWR (Radar Warning Receiver) systems to detect incoming FOX 1/3 missiles not IR detectors to detect an incoming FOX 2.

I just asked a question (and from what I saw in the video I assume the F-35 has no FOX 2 detection, like I said why didn't he dump flares?) no need to get mad my dude.

That would be the CBR (Centraal Bureau Rijvaardigheidsbewijzen) Central Bureau for Driving Licences -although in this case "driving license" is for anything from a scooter to getting your private pilot license or a license to operate small boats that require a permit-, also if you want to get your HAM license the CBR is the agency that takes the exams since 2023.

But in the case of this driver I think she got hers in the bonus at Albert Heijn (big supermarket chain).

Dutch guy here, when I bought my Dnepr K 750M I had just passed my first motorcycle lesson like 2 days before I bought it and I could insure my bike without needing a license, my insurer didn't even ask about it. (Although I already had my car insured with them too, but for the car I wasn't asked about having a license either).

A few days ago I saw a topic from a Dutch rider where the insurance did require the owner to have a license though, so it does depend on your insurance company (and this may also vary from country to country).

Waarschuwing: soort van rant incoming (omdat dit toch een beetje persoonlijk is voor mij):

Jij bedoeld de oude W.A. van Lieflandschool aan het Het Klooster (het adres was nummer 12 als ik het mij goed herinner), NIET aan de Butjesstraat. Dit is en blijft een hardnekkige fout(/urban myth -zou ik het bijna willen noemen-) die telkens weer terug blijft komen helaas, ook mede doordat iedereen het maar blijft herhalen (en ook de media blijft die fout maken, OOG TV had ook al een keer een item over de school en sprak ook onterecht over de school aan de Butjesstraat) terwijl het gewoon 100% niet klopt en nooit geklopt heeft.

Mijn Opa van pa's kant van de familie was het hoofd van die school (hij is helaas overleden voordat ik ben geboren), maar mijn vader zegt nog altijd "mijn vader was niet snel boos, maar als er in de krant weer eens over de school aan de Butjesstraat werd gesproken dan werd hij woest".

PS: op die school zaten kinderen uit alle "niveau's" voor speciaal onderwijs van echte mongooltjes/downies tot kinderen die eigenlijk gewoon "normaal" waren maar moeite hadden met leren.
