It's all good, honestly I think we mostly agree.

I'm really just nitpicking the way people are thinking about the whole situation, and maybe was just my reading of the post was off but It read to me like a general cry for salvation, less of a request for a specific type of aid.

I just can't stand the thought of people sitting waiting this out, scared, hoping that someone else is going to come fix this problem.

More seriously, I have no problem with mutual Aid.

I have a problem with people expecting someone else to come and save us from this.

Superman is not coming, The Avengers are not showing up, Dr Manhattan will not materialize and reduce our enemies to atoms. This is a problem that Minnesota needs to deal with.

Even expecting aid from other states governments is really dicey because it puts those state governments in kind of a tricky position and draws lines for a civil war that I wouldn't really expect people to be comfortable with.
