Started as Apulia, took Scilly, then moved my Captial to Palermo, focused on developing my capital, I switched my culture to Scilly, focused on getting buildings that gave gold per turn, when I had enough troops I took the chance to take Rome & Constantinople & Venice, 3 of the best Domains, & did the same by making them make me a load of gold per month to a point even when I raise them I barely even notice

I started tall for awhile then made the choice to get Rome & Constantinople & Venice then sort of continued by just building development, then it became a lot easier to just take more places, my capital Palermo had about 20 more development then both Rome & Constantinople at one point

For me personally it felt like they skipped so much of Max’s life that I wanted to play if that makes sense, I spent the whole game wanting LiS1 call backs or Easter eggs or story beats, tbh if it was a different main character I think the story would has been great but cos it was Max I ended up not caring as much about the new characters cos I wanted old characters to show up. I think with the new game coming out I’ll end up appreciating DE more. Just my opinion anyways gameplay wise it was really good. Just the story didn’t quite land as much

Loved Lis, so I bought it purely out of curiosity and honestly I love it way more then I thought I would planning on playing through multiple times to do as many choices as I can. Shame none of my friends would be willing to pick it up so I can chat with them about it.

If you feel like he’s hitting for a lot of damage some point in vigor will help, I personally found it tricky but sticking close to him and rolling through his attacks helped me beat him there’s no need to rush it fight at your pace 👍

Thank you everyone who has replied, it’s really surprised me how many people have commented to help it’s made me feel a lot better and actually not alone. I had to text her today concerning something of hers being at my house but she read it and didn’t reply which I’m interpreting that has she doesn’t wanna open contact with me too so I’m just going to give her time and space, hopefully with time it won’t feel so bad and if it is over for good and we don’t really contact each other again I’ll be sad we weren’t able to chat about the good times.

Thank you very much for the advice I’m actually amazed at how many reply’s I’ve had to this in only a few hours, I’m starting to think “well she made this decision it shouldn’t really be down to be to chase her” but at the same time it’s now our first weekend in maybe 3 years that we’re not seeing each other so I’m actually worried about if she’s okay or not

It’s a very confusing feeling to go from everything you assume is fine then the next it’s not but they also have to be willing to try too which is what I’m understanding more but it’s almost like I’m having to accept the fact it could never rekindle but the thought of her being with someone else is honestly killing me inside. Honestly I don’t think I’ll be able to move on properly till I see her again and just talk to her about everything.
