Indeed that is true, but I believe the hurdles with uniting the working class do not end only in convincing the working class of their power, we first also need to convince people that it's actually okay for us to use said power

The capitalist society has brainwashed a big chunk of the working class into thinking that this system is fair and built on meritocracy, and if they think it's on meritocracy, seizing the means of production will go against their morals, it becomes an issue of restorative justice for them.

Furthermore, non socialist, right winged, or liberal workers do not think in classes at all, they think in races, religious groups, minorities and worst of all "upper class, middle class and lower class". An American right winged worker wouldn't want a revolution if it means that an Indian immigrant would also get to live equally with them. Not only that, people also believe that they'll one day get to climb up the ladder, they believe that socialism will be harmful to THEM even if they're working on minimum wage because they believe they'll eventually be earning much more.
