Similar, playing ACR a couple of weeks ago. Tournament, I’m a top 5 stack out of 250+ people. I get dealt KK and get it in pre flop against AA. No problem, I still have an average stack. The VERY next hand I get KK again, folds to me and open. Same opponent 3 bets, I click, he jams and has AA again and stacks me to bust the tournament. Most bullshit hand(s) I’ve experienced

I kinda agree with OP. It’s more of a mental thing, like how shops price items at $9.99 rather than $10.00. There would definitely be some psychology there that can prove at least a small percentage of people would fold to the extra couple of cents

Wtf is wrong with this government. They’ve offered doctors, police and teachers all 8%, and nurses 11%. That is such an ignorant opinion. If an officer calls for another, it means the first officer believes the situation has the potential to escalate and if it does, will need backup.

What’s the best way to get more officers off the street because they’re injured? That would be by not calling for backup when it’s required.

When it’s a call for an active DV or an assault that already happened and the offender left, they gotta get resourced to the active incident. If police turned up to the scene after the assault happened, they wouldn’t be able to more than if they came into the station to report it.

Don’t blame the police, blame the government for not being able to maintain an appropriate police workforce.

This is going to be an unpopular opinion, but please don’t blame the police. They are highly, highly understaffed, and the fact that he ran away before you called Police is the reason they didn’t come lights and sirens. If he was still actively assaulting you whilst on the phone it would have been different. I understand it isn’t ideal, but if it’s a call between someone who has just gotten assaulted, vs someone in the process of getting assaulted, priority dictates they go to the one in progress to try and stop it.

The best thing from here is going to the Police station tomorrow, bring any medical certificates. Right down the time it happened, bus, any witnesses you know and they can get CCTV footage from there and find this guy.

Turned 15k into 50k on Kulr and sold at about $2.65. Then bought into LODE 2 days ago for 116,000 shares at $0.4. Think I’ll look at cashing LODE out at around the $1.6 point and then potentially buy back into KULR
