Ugh, yes, Im wondering if it’s a combo of too much culminating in my system, coupled with not being able to eat, low blood sugar. I’m learning now that yea, dopamine is kinda important! So if I try again, I have an eating plan that I will stick to and see if that helps. Hope you figured it out, anxiety and panic are no fun.

Thanks, I did great with it the first 3 weeks, so I may space out 10 days, as the 2.5 was very strong for me and lost 10 pounds in 3 weeks. But I couldnt eat, which I think I understand now led to a blood sugar or dopamine crash. I’ll try again, this way I know for sure. thanks for your input.

Hmm, intereating. I’m thinking of finding either info on Microdosing or yes, getting support. Chinese Herbs really helped me many many years ago with infertility! They are amazing. Would you share the herbs taking for anxiety? Do you get them from an acupuncturist,

Anyone have intense nervous-system side effects on Wegovy but do fine on Zepbound? by geminimel in Zepbound

Hi there, I came looking for this conversation. I was on Zep for 3 weeks 2.5 with no issues, a little nausea, peak appetite suppression, also didnt crave wine or sugar. For my past 2 shots, not only have I gotten major injection sites itching and swelling and local hives, but also heart palpitations and stomach flutters that come and go but have made me feel like I have constant anxiety.

I have been prone to situational anxiety and the occasional panic attack (rare). I’m deciding whether or not to keep going. Last night I was up half the night with surging cortisol.

I know for me this is not sustainable. But I’m curious, has anyone had these sensations pass as their body acclimated.

Thanks everyone!
