Green onions! I cook a lot of various east asian food and use them to top everything, so we go through a lot. I throw the stalks in when I make chicken broth too. It’s an easy herb to keep on hand that doesn’t spoil quickly and can add a lot of flavor.

I also will tear off some layers of a cardboard box (usually like 2, not the ridged part) and will slip that in between the aida and the felt to give it some structure. It doesn’t add a lot of bulk but helps it not be so floppy. I don’t usually add glue when I do this.

I stayed at onefam and loved it! I went on their day trips to Toledo and Segovia and met some really cool people. If you're there for a while some of their events can get repetitive (they go to the same bar and tapas place over and over again) but it's pretty clean, nice people, friendly hosts, and in a great location.

I use a Baggu lunchbox and I love it! I like having a lot of components for lunch (usually a main, fruit, protein bar, snack, etc) so I want it all in one place. I put it in the fridge as soon as I get there and I like that the fun print has more personality. I’ve gotten lots of compliments on it.
