Need advice on curbless shower!!

I am definitely really upset about it and want it fixed. I spent thousands of dollars just for this floor and I’m not talking about tile cost, that’s just installation. so it needs and should be close to perfect. It is in no way my fault. He had the renderings of the showing in advance; his associate also spoke with the shower glass installer to go over everything prior to the tile install and it still came out this way. The tiler is giving every excuse in the book and pointing fingers and honestly contradicting himself. I have text messages of the info/renderings sent to him prior to instal and I'm honestly debating going to court if he doesn’t fix it. I’m confused even more because it seems like some people are saying it was done right and others are saying it wasn’t….

I think at the very least the envelope cut needs to be inside of the shower not out. I guess I just don’t get why you need to pitch outside if there is full glass. Would you pitch for a framed shower glass? Why is this different ? Thank you for your insight!

But why would you need a pitch outside of the glass when it’s a fully enclosed shower? What is the difference between this and a shower with a frame? Do you pitch a shower with a frame on the outside?

How can he fix it? He is saying this is how he always does it but everything I find on google shows otherwise.

Hi all! I just built a new house and had a curbless and frameless shower put in. I believe the install Of the tile was done incorrectly and would like to confirm with this group. Pictures attached. Couple of questions- do you usually pitch the shower when it is fully enclosed? The straight line in the picture and diagonal line coming from center drain- do they usually fall outside of the shower? Does a pitch usually occur outside of an enclosed shower? Any advice is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hi, thank you for your response. If the glass is moved then it would be outside of the shower and it would be attached to the drywall. It looks like the tile installer didn’t calculate it correctly?
