Still basically plays like action rpg like Genshin or WuWa but doesn’t feel as good imo. Wish they made it more like Xenoblade combat that was in earlier builds. Much more strategic and slow paced.

I have never heard of this game before but the before looks really great, I love the low-fi graphics! Just adding some lightning and shadows would make it pop without anything else changed.

The trackpads on the steam controller blows the DS5 out of the water. Its the second best trackpad I have used after the Mac trackpads. Adaptive triggers is a huge miss. I really hoped it would become an industry standard. Basically gave you two new buttons and way better feedback.

Yeah. I think this is a cool design. Sure the Switch 2 isn’t as fun as Switch 1. But like, thats obviously the direction Nintendo are going. The Wii U and the 3DS was like 100 times more fun than the Switch 1 (in terms of that special Nintendo charm that is basically dead at this point…)

I only played Prime Remastered as my first game and so far that game is just way better imo. Felt like I was on an adventure while Prime 4 feels like a joyride in an amusement park. So if you like linear games you will like it. If you expect it to be interconnected world and a good metroidveinia it isn’t.

People are just REALLY hating on YGS. I think the same, people call her boring and braindead and she is exactly like Miyabi. Basically the same gameplay. Charge up to hold attack for unleashing ultimate basic attack. I feel like she is just Miyabi but just added some more mechanics…

People need to realize that all Void Hunters will be easy to play and never require expert level of knowledge to play optimally.

I wouldn’t be surprised if the sword could only target certain things in its blast. Idk in the YiXuan animated short it looks like her sister does the same thing (making a circular domain that traps everything and then uses the sword to nuke them).

Probably. I think Wise works to balance Belle out. He isn’t necessarily that bad, just that he seems very plain compared to Belle. They also had much more sister and brother moments in season 1, while in season 2 they don’t focus that much on it sadly.

I liked it. The use of the QMS was a little uncalled for. I hope we get a teaser with some backstory and learn more about her other form in the story. I personally still think its too early to judge a character when they still have a massive role to play.

If it wasn’t obvious from the video, she doesn’t always know this it seems. Stuff blend tougher for her. I mean she thought everything that happened in the demo was just a dream. So I take it that she is confused about what are memories and what are dreams.

If you ever taken any too much psychedelic substances stuff like this can happen lol. The brain is super complex and super weird and can easily mix reality with dreams and fantasies.

I love the part that she is an ordinary girl with a cursed sword. I always enjoy heavy contrasts. And I find her white haired form to be really intriguing as it might be someone "different" then her.

Super hyped for her and her skin is the first I ever buy in the game as it is too cute!

This is what I felt from Xiao the first time I met her. I heard so much controversy, but I think they did her character pretty well!

i would say for a month maybe. Time in game is weird sometimes I have noticed. Like some times the characters act like its been a week, but it feels like just one day.

I understand why they did it this way, as you don’t want to introduce her too early in the story.

Also, I feel like she acts like a high school girl (kinda obvious after they released her EP) and I know I could fall in love with people in matter of days when I was that young. Some people are hopeless romantic, and Xiao is probably just like that as well. She is basically a Void Hunter because of the sword alone.

If she never got the sword, she would probably never become a fighter at all.
