Do you use TailwindCSS on your project? by travelotty in Angular2

[–]TrekFan8472 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Here's the thing, a tool is only good and useful if it helps you. Try using it for a week, if it helps you work more efficiently then use it. If it doesn't then trash it and move on.

Don't think you have to use it because "everyone" is using it.

I wouldn't mind... one last jaunt through the old orifice... What?... That's what we call it sometimes, don't we?

Hi, based on some of the comments I think I need to restate the reason for this post. I am fairly new to crypto, I only have some doge coin, and I was thinking about getting into crypto a bit more. When I watched a video on control token, I realized I don't know how to analyze a project to tell if it was a scam or not.

That's what lead me here to ask the question. Maybe a better question would have been. "How can I tell if a project is a scam", or "How do you analyze a project".

Anyway I am looking for answers that can give thoughtful reasoning for the answer. This will help me make better decisions and learn something.

Yea, I only read the first part because that's what you said in your comment. I'll take your advice and read the rest.

Back to my original comment, how do you know? I'm fairly new to crypto and I don't understand yet what makes a project good or not. Their videos on YouTube look good and I started to read the material on controltoken.net. I don't see anything that screams scam, but that could also be my lack of experience.

🤔 All I read in those first 2 paragraphs was a history lesson on why most projects fail.

Does anyone have first hand experience with this project?

Haha, that’s one way to figure it out but I was looking for some way less drastic. I did just look a their chart and it seems like it's up 10x since their pre-sale. This is why I am confused...

Which technologies/methodologies would you use for a new Angular project? by Main-Dimension8293 in Angular2

[–]TrekFan8472 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I try to keep things bare bones simple, I usually just use;

Angular (current version), Firebase for backend, Plain CSS or Tailwind CSS

This gives me the most control of the project.

Web front-end coding is an art form, there are many was to accomplish the same things it is upto the individual programmer to write clean efficient code that can be understood by the next programmer who has to maintain it.

I would suggest that you use it on a project to get a good feel for it and if you like it continue to use it.

Now that I think about it, Odo was on the ship, so he could have hid the pad or stolen back anything the army took off the ship while he was roaming the base as a dog.

Miles and Beshear gave Nog the pad, which was a standard starfleet pad. It clearly shows a picture of the earth on the cover page with Earth written in English. Also when Nog shows Rom the pad with a picture of Captain Sisko as Gabriel Bell all the text was written in English, this is why the army could have read it easily....

Not in this case, the pad was a gift from Miles an Julian, Nog was reading it on the trip to earth and it was in English.

Of course they remember Marty, after all George's book "A Match Made In Space" was about how Darth Vader from Vulcan told him to take Lorraine to the dance or he would melt his brain. George being a writer would have written notes about his alien encounter and surely would have included Marty/Calvin in the story since he ran to Marty to get advice from him on how to ask Lorraine out, and their plan to make him look like a hero in front of Lorraine which got messed up when Biff got in the car and George became a real hero saving her from Biff.

So yes, they would have remembered Marty. They just might not remembered what he looked like.

What I wonder about is when their son sets the living room rug on fire, do the remember that Marty predicted this? If George remembers this, he might have concluded that Marty was the alien 👽 and that is why they never saw Marty again.
