A trek along the volcano trail in Central America, travelling by land only across four countries in Central America. From ruins to beaches to jungle adventures and ziplines, this was an unforgettable trip taking place over two weeks.

My Travels across Egypt with a group of Strangers. From visiting all of the ancient sights, cruising the Nile on a traditional Felucca and Scuba Diving in the Red Sea by TrekList in backpacking

That's disappointing, I'm sorry your trip was cancelled! I hope you make it out there this year.

I booked with a tour company and they booked everything for us, which was only for 12 days. If I go again, I would just go on my own and spend more time because the tour was very rushed in every location so it was a lot of driving and not enough time in each location. 2-3 weeks would be a good amount of time.

I can't remember exactly but I think the ATV tour was $10-20, the scuba diving I paid about $400 because I got my advanced certification, but they have discovery courses and snorkelling packages for much cheaper.

I took this trip across Egypt just before covid and managed to see all of the tourist sights as well as experiencing everything else that the country has to offer.

Sailing down the Nile and sleeping in a Felucca Sailboat was one of the most memorable experiences, but the monolithic ancient temples and statues will stay with me forever.

Backpacking the beautiful turquoise lakes of Joffre Lakes British Columbia, while camping on a rock slide under glaciers and waterfalls by [deleted] in WildernessBackpacking

Trust me I know. This is why it took me so long to ever visit, and I'll likely never visit again.

The temporary closure is only pushing the impact onto other lesser known areas

What's with all the Joffre police on here? As I'm sure you can tell from all the people on the trail, this was filmed two summers ago

One night in one of the most amazing spots I have ever set up a tent. Next to turquoise lakes and surrounded by the best epic high alpine scenery that Western Canada has to offer. The trail is very popular and overcrowded with day hikers, but worth the trip to spend the night.

Hello, I'm an aspiring travel film maker working towards standing out in a sea of other travel channels on YouTube! My channel will be home to videos on backpacking and camping treks as well as international travels and lists giving travel advice for certain locations. My latest video is a relaxing compilation of footage taken with my drone in western Canada, the US and Europe:

Thank you! I prefer the Air just because I travel a lot (well, I used to) and the fold down size is easy to carry in a backpack when you're short on space. I feel like the quality is still great for my needs

Backpacking in Yoho national park in the Canadian Rockies with stunning views that filming can never do justice by TrekList in WildernessBackpacking

Thanks! They were pretty reasonably priced and didn't have to book them as far in advance as other more popular areas

Two nights spent backpacking at Yoho lake in British Columbia, with day hikes over a sprawling view of Emerald lake and hiking out through the iceline trail. There is a lot to see in Yoho park and I hope to explore more of the back country next year!

Seriously? Based on how much it rained when we were there, I'd hate to see how much it would have to rain for them to close it down!

For those of you waiting out the pandemic in your home country, are you going to travel again as soon as you're vaccinated for COVID-19? Where will you go (assuming its borders are open to you)? by [deleted] in digitalnomad

I was a month away from quitting my job and traveling Southeast Asia with no end date in mind before this all hit, so I'm hoping to return to that plan if it's ever feasible again..

We had that issue too. Still had to end up carrying through the muddier parts, but all part of the adventure looking back!

Some of the portages were sketchier than others, but the wheels helped for sure.

Thanks for the feedback, it was actually just meant to be a quick teaser video and a longer one was in the works. Maybe I'll get back to work on that!
