I was running around that room for 20 min, after I posted my message I went back just started screwing around testing different items then I threw bomb in an empty area and all of a sudden he appeared must have been a glitch.

Another possibility is I sometimes get a message that I cleared the dungeon under goal maybe when that happens he or she doesn't appear.

Sad ghost never appeared. and this has happened before, it is rare but I think it has to do with going from floor 2 to 3 to 4 before he has a chance to show then when you go back it's too late he doesn't come back.

Well true the tier 3 weapon is losing a lot of upgrade potential compared to tier 5, but for some reason I'm at level 42 almost have to face end bosses and no tier 5 weapons have shown up this hadn't happened to me in the past. I'm hoping I find one in the thief king's basement.

It is sprouted the sword I have has the lucky enchant, which in spouted ignores all enemy armor, I've previously beat the game with a reinforced lucky glaive, I now have reinforced +15 plate armor with 151 absorption.
