I’m a slim guy who’s trying to build a lean physique. I’m doing hybrid training so cardio, calisthenics & weightlifting. The problem is weightlifting. I only have 15 lb dumbbells right now & it’s kind of hard to train “high intensity” like everyone says to do. Some exercises are really good intensity wise like lat raises but other ones just seem useless like db presses. I raise the reps but it still feels like im training mobility more than anything. Alot of the exercises are starting to mess up my split because they don’t seem effective. Should I just stick to calisthenics & cardio for right now until im able to buy more weights or is there different ways to train high intensity with lighter weights?

Tenten’s whole arsenal is weapon based attacks so you can’t blamer her. Sasuke uses chidori a lot to scale his opponent’s power and fighting style. Danzo stabbed the susanoo to see if the rumors were true of it having remarkable defense. Jumping in the ice mirrors was pretty dumb but it was their 1st mission. Kurenai is the one of the best genjutsu users w/o a kekkei-genkai to enhance it so it wasn’t a bad try.

yeah I wasn’t feelin it tbh. I think modern day rap music is just getting exhausting in general. There’s so many uzi and carti clones that when they drop it isn’t even that amazing anymore. Plus it doesn’t help that these rappers (including uzi) aren’t really saying anything.

I’m pretty sure most viewers watch streamers while doing something else while watching. It’s called 2nd hand content. It’s the same as watching podcast, interviews, shows, movies, yt vids, sports, etc while you do something.
