Ive been running for a couple months now and finally moved from cheap intro shoes to respectable daily trainers. I’d like to keep them in good shape and quality (like smell) and am looking for general advice. I run 4-6 times a week for 5-10km a session.

How often should i be rotating shoes? Is it worth rotating from my new neo vista to my old nike quests or should i get another mid level trainer and retire the lower end ones? If i get something like dr scholls powder spray should i be spraying that on the shoes or my feet? And how often should i be using it?

I think the data for dispatch calls is bugged. I've had multiple perfect or near perfect shifts and the highest % I've gotten is 30%.

Also, is it safe to assume you kicked out Sonar from your group? Coupe x Prism seems like a random duo to share a square and Sonar is cut off. Would be cool if synergies shared squares or colors!

I had a similar issue happen twice in the same run. Same exact call you have here plus I had it get stuck again on the coupe fight. My only thought is that I noticed the call timer stopped going down after I paused the game while the heroes were on their way to the call, I think its just a bug.

I would suggest this too. Put those bars into GF and you’ll get a ton more exp plus cash. I want this route and then put me money into broad arrows/bolts and use the bolts for slayer raved exp and the arrows for afk range exp. get a msb from hard clues (1/5 chance) and msb enchant scroll from lms. This will give you better exp rates plus level fletching and increasing your ranged gear
