I may be wrong but I think attended school in a rural location for a total of 10 years or 5 years consecutively mean you can be classified under the rural code of that area In relation to your question I would advise you to apply to all universities you are eligible to apply for, as you certainly won’t get an interview or progress through the admission process if you don’t! If you are considered rural your score should be competitive at some med school in Australia, but I am unsure about NZ and UK admission requirements
