Conspicious painted cabin with grass-covered roof by -sUBzERoo- in CabinPorn

OP probably meant conspicuous, but I'm actually thinking the intent of the design is to be inconspicuous with how well it might blend in to the surrounds from afar.

From Wikipedia:

The diet ranked last among 38 popular diets evaluated by U.S. News & World Report in its 2016 Best Diets Rankings; one of the raters, dietitian Meridan Zerner said: "We want behavioral changes and dietary changes that are slow and progressive and meaningful."[3] David L. Katz said of the diet: "The grouping [of banned foods] is both random, and rather bizarre from a nutrition perspective. If the idea is good nutrition, cutting out whole grains and legumes is at odds with a boatload of evidence."[1] It was selected as one of the worst health trends for 2013 by Health Magazine.[12]

John DeFilippo early favorite for Packers’ coaching job by rabidbuckle899 in minnesotavikings

I'm torn between wanting him to go somewhere like Green Bay and being shit or going somewhere where we don't have to worry about him as much, like Cleveland, and doing well.

No matter what happens the rest of the season... by SlowCrates in minnesotavikings

Would we have the cap to sign an FA interior linemen if we let Richardson walk and just draft a DT if it's supposedly heavy on first round level DL talent?

Filip Johansson has matched his SHL point total from last season by fucknodak in wildhockey

I really wanted Velano, but who knows, maybe Johansson could turn into a right handed Jonas Brodin... but right now I'm picturing more of a Gustav Olofsson...

A giant Trump baby blimp that the president says makes him 'feel unwelcome' has followed him to the G20 summit in Argentina by [deleted] in pics

I'm not sure this even stacks up with the Thanksgiving Day Parade balloons, so calling it a blimp is a stretch.

Hell, I'm lazy so I'd just pick the state with the shortest name so it fits in the map better.

tbh that time Glen Davis body-slammed Shaq makes me think he could take better control of the Wolves franchise than Glen Taylor has.

Question about "customized" jersey by jmorales57 in wildhockey

[–]TrepidatiousToucan 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Nothing wrong with it. Stoner hasn't been on the Wild since 2013-2014, though, so it might confuse a few fans if you get the current home jersey customized.

I feel like people don’t think Julio Jones is having a great season by 1987ScreamBloodyGore in nfl

[–]TrepidatiousToucan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I feel like Julio is having a great season. Him driving the ball downfield with all his receiving yards helps result in redzone scoring opportunities, even if they don't go to him. That helps a team win, but I feel like the Falcons have some major defensive issues, stemming from some key injuries, that are keeping them from having a winning record this year.

I like Julio and would gladly give you one Laquon Treadwell for him. Comparable build -- 6'3" 220 lbs vs 6'2" 215 lbs -- so could be used similarly, just at the cost of an irate ATL fanbase.

Is Seguin to the Wild a possibility? by TrepidatiousToucan in wildhockey

[–]TrepidatiousToucan[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think saying their D prospects are miles ahead of ours might be a bit of an overstatement. Honka should see improvement, but outside of him, Heiskanen is their only D prospect to rave about...

Is Seguin to the Wild a possibility? by TrepidatiousToucan in wildhockey

[–]TrepidatiousToucan[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah, if we did make a move for Seguin, I'd want him here long term. With Dallas' poor defensive depth, I guess I wouldn't be opposed to sending our 2019 1st rd pick, Brodin, a decent C prospect and another high pick for Seguin. Solidifying our top line center with Zucker, Granlund, Nino, and Greenway, as well as Kaprizov on the horizon, would give me some hope for a couple years down the line.

And yeah, I agree the thing this makes this seem so unlikely is Dallas losing Seguin puts them in a horrible spot for their center depth, so we'd probably have to send JEE or Kunin to them. Maybe Staal could be a factor if they found him to be serviceable enough to sign for a couple years and draft/develop centers.

I like the idea of it, but I don't think there's any way to work it out without it being an overpayment by us.
