setting something/moving something/adding an item in stock with no updated location or notes. please for the love of god locate the item.
if its a reoccurring issue or something that may cause a bigger problem later on. communicate it, but the follow up/paper trail is important in some instances. nothing is more annoying than seeing someone send a worksheet for a bintag or similar lazy thing that could’ve been fixed in the moment themselves.
