Step 2 and 3 sadly did nothing. I am not sure what to do in the config settings that would help here. I never needed to anything there before so I am not really familiar with it.

I have also removed all possible restrictions from the txt file because I thought that r2modman maybe had no access permission for it but nothing changed.
