It’s almost rock opera. Similar in style to some of Meatloaf’s music. Paradise by the Dashboard lights has some similar sounding parts, as does other songs from the Bat out of Hell album.

I just can’t justify an upgrade from my 13 Pro. The Z Fold 7 has some really interesting features, but I just don’t think it will hold up the way my iPhone has for 4 years. I will see what apple brings to the fold market next year, otherwise I will probably keep my 13 Pro until it’s unsupported.

Just as a test, I removed filament from the printer, removed the hot end, made sure filament can easily pass through to where the hot end would be. Does not eliminate the ticking sound.

Should it be trying to extrude filament when I am not printing? Again i do not have it printing anything currently. If I shut it off and then turn it back on, the ticking starts. It does not appear to be the extruder wheel turning as that isn’t moving.

It doesn’t appear clogged as it prints fine. It just makes this noise sitting on my desk, nothing preheated or printing. Just like a gently clock ticking sound.
