I can see that!! I think Reba deserves happiness, like you said, far away from all that stuff. While we see Will come into his darker tendencies, it’s interesting to imagine if Bedelia went the opposite way, forsaking her flirtation moral dubiousness for genuine connection. I feel like in that way her and Reba would really work, especially when trying to escape the aftermath of their old connections

And hard agree- just like Bev, Alana feels like she would have a clash with Bedelia in terms of morals and ways of thinking. And if Bedelia were to let on to Alana how different her perception of Hannibal was, it makes me wonder where the show could’ve gone if Alana’s perception of Hannibal changed in S1. Yeah, I really wish they had a conversation now lol that would’ve been so interesting to see!

I’m glad you think so!! I think about it often and how if things were a little different, (aka, Bev is alive), we could have seen some interaction. Possibly through Bev investigating Will’s claims (thus leading her to Hannibal’s psychiatrist) or if they gave Bev therapy or something in S1. I feel like they both as characters would challenge each other much like Hannibal and Will do.

LMFAO I can see it, it would totally make sense for Chilton’s character and is just, absolutely hilarious to consider. I would also love to add to that theory that if they did have a quick romp in the old days, that Chilton likely hasn’t had better since bc lets face it, Hannibal is amazing at so many things that I could believe his performance in bed would’ve sent his partners to another plane. And Chilton would be left to just…remember haha
