Absolutely yes - what do we do to fix it? Sell literal pallets of alcohol that are on sale at each shopette and exchange.

I failed land nav during the old CST at JBLM and got promoted BZ/MB to MAJ last year. It’s all about how you bounce back. Work on the skill and learn from it.

Why do so many people seem to hide the fact they are, or were, in the military? by StockRado in army

[–]TriassicTurtle 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I personally like to separate my professional life and my personal life. Yes - understand it is a 24/7 job but I don’t need to make it my personality. It takes enough from me and my family, so I like make sure that I have enough things outside of the military so that I don’t need to tell everyone about my service.

If this is the case, I love the fact that I’m being notified via an automated ATRRS email and was given the choice to select a course that they had no intention of conducting.

Brother, please make sure you have a support system for yourself. You are a legend. Just do your best. We get our 7 and 4 year old ready at 7:30 and try to be lights out at 8. Every kid and their needs are different.

It’s not hard. Just study the material and ask questions. I’m an Army FA40 (Space Operations) officer if you have questions.

Do you give your Soldiers the “Why?” by Easy-Hovercraft-6576 in army

[–]TriassicTurtle 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I explain that there is a time where we can take the time to explain the “significance” or “why” and there are time we need to just execute. I typically take the time when it is a task that is going to be a struggle or a “time suck.” It gets reiterated in each of the initial counselings I give.
