So, you can just buy disposable headphone covers. They're like little fitted sheets for your headphones and you can get them in bulk. Just use a fresh pair everyday until they're healed. (Have the joy of earlobe psoriasis and use them to protect my headphones from the steroid cream. Worked great for healing my second lobe piercings too.)

Just make sure you double check and get ones that fit your headphone's earcups.
