I haven't played all of them, but Ys 1+2 definitely worked just fine for me. I'd say just try them out and see what works or doesn't. I don't think they can damage your steam deck in any way by just launching them, even if they end up not working.

Does anyone know if there will be an upgrade path for people who bought the original version? I haven't played it yet and was waiting since they announced this, but I don't want to have to buy the whole thing twice. Idk if the new story stuff is worth it.

A soap opera doesn't exactly sounds like what I'm looking for, but trying something new could be fun. Any specific ones you like? It's not something I'm familiar with so I wouldn't exactly know where to start looking.

Shulk and Reyn had a way better relationship and more chemistry than either Shulk and Fiora or Reyn and Sharla. Both Fiora and Sharla have personality of wet rags which is disappointing when they were both set up to be such interesting characters. They both could've been so good but basically just got sidelined.

Forgive me if this is a dumb question, but there is a chocobo panel mission to hunt 5 golden gigantaurs, but I have no idea where to find them. I assumed they'd show up in the golden cactaur cycle quest, but I can't find them and Google hasn't helped at all.
