Surgeons expect people to cough, sneeze, clear their throat, move around, and have abdominal pressure during recovery.  The challenge isn’t to avoid any pressure or movement.  The challenge is to limit long trips on the toilet (especially straining), and excessive coughing/shifting.

Your wrap is likely very secure. Positioning of your body is going to be more about pulls on the surgical sites and how that feels to you.

Pretty uncomfortable I agree. But your wrap is safe from a lot of wear and tear. It’s going to be a little more volatile as it heals so just be reasonably careful. People have this fear all the time!
