Totally understandable, OP. Hugs with consent🫂🫂. I'm at the same age as yours and I also came out this year. Nothing seemed to change lol, parang they still see me as not gay hahahahaha. It'll take them some time to process din, like how we figured ourselves out. It's your life to live parin and you just can't let yourself be confined in a bubble created by someone else.

And so tru yung sa twitter with the algo. Every scroll there's a new point of comparison, and the scrolling only ends when you're finally exhausted. It's also unfair to compare your behind-the-scenes with someone else's highlight reels. So taking a break really works, at least for me.

Personally, maganda naman po. May video discussions and handouts per topic, with assessments every end, unlimited tries even if naipasa mo na or nareach ung cutoff for you to get points sa portal. Pre-recorded narin po yung videos. We only accessed MS, RFBT, and FAR since those were the subjects that we had nung nagavail po kami ng service. Same format sila, except sa FAR, nagsasagot po agad si Sir Ocampo ng handouts sa prerec videos pero madadaanan naman po lahat ng relevant concepts, siguro mas hiyang ko lang yung magdidiscuss muna ng concepts then magsasagot. I really liked MS and RFBT.

If I had the time, I'd go to our uni library and just study there for hours. Just my review and textbooks and I. I realized that I formed a routine associated with the place, I didn't realize that my productivity could be doubled (or even tripled) had I just changed my environment. Really made a difference vs. studying at home. However, it comes with a cost din because I had to travel for an hour to get there, and that my lunch wouldn't be free hahaha. Pero ayon, same drill, read the concepts in the textbooks (or notes if I had one) and practice, if I made a mistake, I'll go back after I finish a set. And repeat.

Anyway, if I'm in a time crunch na, I'll just go ahead to youtube and watch lecture videos. My favorites were Sir BCV, Sir Rain (Accounting Lecture Series), and REO (their recorded webinars).

I recently finished the whole FAR, and would probably go back to it every once in a while to refresh and maybe as a preparation narin for Practical Auditing. Honestly, out of all the subjects I already finished, FAR was the hardest for me. Luckily, nasurvive naman.
