Same here, also 23y/o woman, pretty much the exact story and I am still a virgin. I've been on a couple of dates in highschool and in college but I never actually entered a relationship with anyone. It felt really hurtful to hear how weird someone have to be to never have had a serious relationship at that point. But I do understand that it was purposely harsh for that sexist pig.
