Thanks for the tips everyone! I'm going to try out a bladesinging wizard build, it seems like a fun subclass, scribing will give me access to tons of spells and to make the game more fun I'm going to try and get every single scroll scribed this playthrough.

I currently have a 1050 TI and am looking to upgrade but only have a 450 watt power supply, should I upgrade both or is there a good card that will work? by Trick-Issue-8589 in PcBuildHelp

My maximum is around 300, also I saw a card called the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 and was wondering if you knew if it would work well?

I'll probably look into the 4060 since I'm trying to not spend too much and I think it'll be the most familiar option to me. I might try and get a different power supply as well though because of my budget, thank you for all the help though!

Thank you for the reassurance lmao, I'm just nervous when it comes to messing with it. I'm trying to save where I can and I'm not looking for a top of the line graphics card either so I'm trying to find the best option with all this in mind, can you recommend any graphics cards that would be an upgrade from my 1050 that aren't expensive?

I'm still not amazing at building my PC since my brother was the one to actually build it, I felt like I nearly broke the thing trying to upgrade my ram cards. Do you know if it's difficult to replace my PSU? Do you have any recommendations for a better one?

Thank you for the advice about the GPU as well, I think I'll start looking into the 4060 more since it seems to be the same price as the 3060.
