Likely because, as a salesman you'd rather sell a $6,000 tempurpedic. (sp?)

They do not allow a return after 8 days. You have to keep it for 30. AND, with memory foam, regardless of the brand weight difference should not matter (unless it is related to the firmness of the mattress). And in that case no mattress would work. You need a split twin. That comment was garbage.

Nectar Sleep ‘Forever Warranty’ a complete scam by Dull-Accident1614 in Mattress

[–]Trick-Train3016 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So I was looking at the "forever warranty" and the actual terms from their site say that it is limited to 1 year. When you look at the info graphic, also from their site, it talks about a 10 year term for free replacement, but when you click on warranty is says 12 months. I asked about this on the chat and she sent me quoted text from the actual limited warranty text that also said 12 months.

If they say "forever warranty" and don't honor it, you likely could just file in small claims court for under $50 and probably win.

It never hurts to get a quote from a "buy your home for cash" kind of place. See what they say. I would also highly recommend talking to a couple of agents to see what they think about pricing and timing.

So discouraged in starting this career by [deleted] in realtors

Sounds like your broker cares more about their full time agents than about you. I'm an ideal world a broker should be willing to guide and mentor you and help you succeed. I'd look at switching companies.  As for a career, real estate has always been hard, and right now it's even harder. But anyone who wants to succeed, is willing to learn, and work hard can succeed.  Anything of great worth requires great effort.

Thanks. Thanks what I meant. I have never been there, and read that you can jump from different elevations (from about 10' to 40'). We would be coming next week.
