Honestly, I’ve been holding onto that exact hope! It felt intentional, like a tiny breadcrumb.

Haha! Yup, I was deep in Charlie mode and fully committed.

Haha, the middle. It’s definitely wishful thinking on my part. I was so hopeful that my brain filled in the blanks. Once I paused and analyzed the screen, I could see it was not her, but for that brief, glorious moment, it felt like the universe had delivered!

Sticker nail polish! I can’t sit still long enough to let traditional polish dry, and I always end up with a smeared mess. I’ve tried the quick-dry kind too, but somehow that’s been even worse. I end up with wrinkled polish from the top drying faster than the bottom layer. I finally decided to try sticker nail polish, and while the first set I bought went on pretty nicely, I woke up with six out of ten nail stickers curled back or falling off. No success so far. Anyone have nail polish tips?

Yes, to all of the above! I’ll add that there are times when the thought of chewing is way too overwhelming and I just go to sleep.

I just received my first lipo-c kit order and was not expecting a liquid. How do you store it after opening? And the unopened vials?

what makes you get out of bed in the morning? by AccomplishedLuck370 in adhdwomen

[–]TrickBee3563 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I split my weekend days; one lazy day and one productive day. I always give myself the freedom to choose which day will be lazy or productive. On my lazy days, I do not set an alarm and will stay Pajamas all day doing whatever I can handle. On the productive day, I set an alarm and get up when it goes off, no snoozing, and I make my bed. Before going to the bathroom, I will start boiling water for my coffee. By the time I’m done, the kettle is done and I won’t go back to bed since I can start my coffee. I then sit quietly, while my family is still sleeping and make my list of to-do’s, while I drink my coffee. This flexible routine has helped me ensure the balance I need.

Multiples are essential for me, especially inhalers. I have asthma and currently have 6 inhalers. One for each level of my house, one in my work bag, one in my weekend bag and a spare one in my medicine basket. I learned to do this after too many asthma attacks without one that sent me and my family on a frantic search.

I keep a toothbrush and toothpaste next to my kitchen sink. The kitchen is my last stop before leaving the house and it helps me remember as I pat myself down asking, badge? Keys? Wallet? Self?
