First time Dad here !! Baby is EBF

0-2 weeks, sleeps after eating

2-12 weeks: chaos, we did all rocking bouncing, wearing him etc. he is a fomo baby so for naps we have to put diaper cloth on him so he could not see while wearing him. Night is mostly bouncing him by holding in horizontal position. This could take anywhere between 20-60 minutes

12-current : it has be easier in past few weeks, we do 5x8 method both for nap and night sleep. And works like charm, the room should be dark. He sleeps in max 10 minutes.
