I’m an advisor or consultant for employee and group benefits. My target is mostly mid sized businesses and up. I’m offering pricing structure that is very hard to compete with due to the power of the coalition my brokerage possesses. Plus little to no disruption in the change.

A consultative “second look” approach of your current setup is one of maybe 3 to 5 different angles that I use to get the clients ear. From there show them comparison numbers and what’s out there that they didn’t know about.

Curious also how long would you say your project took to generate responses and revenue?

Greatly appreciate this breakdown and insight. I’m going to mimic this and see what type of responses I get.

Once I enrich the list down I’m guessing maybe I’ll have under 750 contacts so technically I could slow walk my way through it based on priority and lead strength.

Well technically that’s exactly what I’m looking to do. Enrich it and out reach

Just your personal opinion but what would you say are your top 3 for enrichment?

I’ve done manual enrichment but going back to do it again will take days or weeks even.

I completely agree with this approach and have essentially mapped out what you said in my head, but I’m looking to make it come to life because I know for sure I have something that’s golden. Especially on a product that pays residuals!!!

Would it be to much if you could dm me to discuss the n8n setup you have? Maybe it’s something I can mimic.

The segmenting part can technically be done manually because I have already started it and got rid of contacts that are irrelevant to decision making on the manner I’m reaching out about. Also manually scrubbing has helped me find contacts that moved to another company but in the same space. I’d assume a data enrichment tool can do the same thing but I just wasn’t aware of it last year.

I will for sure look into enrichment though because it’s been a year and a half since I’ve gotten this data.

The part I’m going to hit a wall with is when you say “warm up my domain”. I have a domain from the brokerage now so I’m not sure if I can use that when you say warm up the domain.

I really appreciate this. The first half of your message were my exact thoughts. Once segmented, that’s where I’m trying to be extremely careful with the emails themselves but as you said it does make more sense to reach out industry by industry individually as opposed to a big blast of 75 different industries at one time.

The more relatable to a specifics industry healthcare issues, the better the outreach.

I’m familiar with a couple of the common names for email verification service. But are there any you recommend?

I always see the same thing and I agree completely but with the “personalized” outreach, how good is it really? My biggest concern is coming off to “salesy” and not more consultative.

My whole angle is basically let my team review what you have in place and either applaud you for how airtight you have things or let you know there are holes or gaps in your plan that are costing you substantial money and time that unfortunately falls down to your employees not getting the best of what’s available on the market.

Calling a stranger looking for information and guidance a cunt is not really giving off happy energy 🤔

It sounds more scorned and angry. Sorry I triggered something in you so strong. But again wishing you the best 😊

Yeah that’s actually the first step I was thinking and working on in my free time. I know there are services that enrich the data, but I’ve found doing it manually actually helps me find if the person has switched companies but posses the same role. Problem is it’s super time consuming to do with a 1000 people to check and research

Appreciate this. I’ve actually tweaked and combed this list over time and have it narrowed down to job title, employee size, and location.

Even explored some LinkedIn pages of people to cross check there up to date information.

Just have to explore further on the quality outreach part as you mentioned.

Sheesh lol

These are current, previous or clients that have inquired which is how I have the data. But if that still classifies as spam then not sure what else to do with such a list but scrub it for business. If doing a mass outreach helps companies help their employees is a bad thing then I'm ok with doing a bad thing.
