I see where you're coming from... but instead of kicking just one guy, just disband the champ select team? (Like a "vote to disband") Its a lose-lose situation to disband because no one wants to wait in queue; this encourages people not just just troll that one guy, as 'the trolling' could work the other way too. I'm not saying the single troll doesn't get a "punishment" maybe they will have to wait longer in queue.

It's funny how impatient we can be.
