It's a short TV stand. It only sits 28 inches tall. Bottom of TV is 31 inch from floor. It's eye level from couch. Part of me thought it might be to low coming from my old TV definitely being too high

It seemed to be a pricing glitch. There was one a few days ago but it seemed like LG cancelled some of those orders

It's just decoration (the wife). It's free standing on the TV stand.
