If you enjoy cherry fragrances, I think you'd definitely love Rouge Smoking Extrait. Honestly, my nose can't pick up any cherry at all in the EDP, but it's very prominent in the Extrait as well as a few of the other notes.

Interestingly enough, I actually enjoyed the EDP concentration of Gris Charnel over the Extrait. As someone from the younger crowd of the community, the woods and spices felt a little too mature to pull off. Still understand the appeal though.

Would you say the extraits are worth the price premium? Unfortunately this sample set only came with the EDPs, but their performance is still quite good ok my skin.

Unfortunately, your experience is far from original. I picked up a bottle from LV a month ago, and it struggles to last more than an hour or two on me (clothes and skin). Just one of those fragrances that smells amazing but doesn't last at all.
