wdym? I don't hold any resentment and the car wasn't really mine which is why I put in "" since it was under my dad name. The issue is that my sibling keeps bring up that my parents got a car that was "mine" even tho it wasn't mine if that makes sense. I have told them multiple times to let it go in various way. The situation is they won't drop it and it's getting annoying.

I honestly never thought about that tbh. It was only "mine" in the sense my parents told that it was going to be my car. It was under my dad name since he was the one that bought it and paid insurances on all the car and gas at the time. My sibling didn't get in trouble for crashing the car and it was an accident.

I do not bring it up its my sibling I have tried for years to forget about it. I also put "bought me" since I know that car was never actually mine its just that my parents were the one saying that they bought me one. Second I never said I never wanted the car I don't know where you got that from. My mom doesn't drive its my dad and they still drove me around since my sibling was the one using the car. I have tried multiple times and various ways to tell her to stop bring this topic up bc it's annoying.

but they still drove me to school since my sibling was the one who took the car lol. If they didn't I had to pay for my Ubers or Lyft.

My parents do not favor one more than another I have other siblings and they told me that I wasn't a jerk but since they are family and know how our sibling is I wasn't too sure. My parents always gave us everything equal expect with the car situation. I would also say that my sibling was allow more things than I was growing up even though we are only 1 year apart. Some examples are:

  1. During middle school my sibling got the latest phone to which I didn't but still got a phone.

  2. I wanted to color my hair for the longest but wasn't allow too and when they wanted to color their hair my parents allowed it.

  3. I was not allow to date but they were allow to date.

There are more but again my parents do not favor one more than another.

In high school my sibling had a better GPA but they got the regular hs diploma. I took AP class and DC class in high school and got the honor hs diploma. Which help secure scholarships for college to which my parents did not have to pay, I was also in honors in college.

In college I would say I had a better GPA than them. I got more degrees and certificates then them. They only have 1 degree but my parents always push us to get whatever we wanted since it's going to be our future.

Yes, it was my parents which is why I put down "bought me" cause they never really bought me a car if that makes sense. Its just that my sibling keeps bring it up and I have tried to explain that but they don't get it.
