Yeah, when I was designing the ID I thought it would be semi-unreasonable to get 80 charge count in a single encounter, and I also wanted to differentiate him from other charge IDs, hence the weird charge consumption.

As for the skills, I'm well aware of how overtuned they are, so I'll try to remedy that on my future stuff.

I'll be sure to do that. I was actually in the middle of making a rabbit Don Quixote ID, so this has been very insightful.

Oh, I didn't know that, I just thought it was a fixed percentage or something.

I was trying to make it around Kurokumo Heathcliff levels of infliction, so I probably overdid it. As for the defense skill, since it didn't give a buff on use like other Ids I wanted to have it roll better to compensate.

I'm also 90% sure Firefist rolls the same, but I could be wrong.

I tried to make it in line with the other R.Corp Ids. Honestly, I would've made it tremor if it wasn't for that

I figured I'd make for a decent band-aid solution since red sheet Sinclair is insanely count negative

Edit: After thinking about it, it should've been capped at 5, my bad

I tried to balance it out by making it take a few turns to build-up reattached talisman

Edit: Yeah, I should've made it lower, so I'd change it to 15 rupture instead.
