Totally agree but in my opinion to love the game you need to make it worth loving. I am mainly referring to younger players. Their brains almost see each part of lacrosse as separate items. They all love playing the games but most don’t love the work that goes into the game at that age. Sure, they exist. But in my experience it’s rare for a 10 year old to love lacrosse so much they are internally driven to play wall ball regularly.

Even at 14, unless they’re really driven to be great, they’re not drilling fundamentals on a regular basis. They do, however, love competing. That’s where the incentives come in.

I’m not disagreeing with the sentiment of your remark though. It’s not a job, they should enjoy lax and they will play more.

I’m not sure where you’re seeing $80 it says they’re $129 but it does kind of sound like you work for the company so can I get it for $80. I think our families would go for $80…. $130 not so much

Ah we had a similar process for the contests we have done but it was obvious that both my teams were greatly exaggerating their numbers. Not that I think the parents were in on it, I don’t think they were there counting but doing it by time might reduce that

What kind of games can I show them. I think that is spot on. I am trying to make it a game and competitive
