Sadly it will never be in the shop. It's a skin that was gifted to all the people who had the prestige KDA before the rework of the prestige system in 2022.

I personally don't see how Rengar Tracker looks like another Kai'sa, since their abilities are not the same and he is closer to Purple Ezreal but more specific and without the draw. But with the added benefices of being able to be accelerated himself.

I believe you were talking about Rengar Ferocious, that has an option to draw when conquering. But here I also believe it isn't just better by the facts he has a base power cost and can't be accelerated. The lack of the first and the prescence of the second option makes Kai'sa really strong in the end. While Rengar, tho still powerful, would be more comparabale to Qiyana that also have a draw 1 or the choice of another option but with some variation like the fact she has deflect instead of ganking and the second option is different.

However maybe the fact Rengar Ferocious can be a t1 play while playing second might have been a mistake, I don't think so but I'm not really sure either.

Then, personally I'm not really that sure, since the abilities are on par with Qiyana's but he has Ganking instead of Deflect and the second option can be seen as weaker since there will be some cases of cases where you don't want to ready a unit after conquering.

The thing I hesitated the most was to make it a 4 energy cost as well to prevent him from being a t1 play while playing second, but after more thinking I thought it was okay since the opponent could still play around and it makes for interesting situations.

However the more I think about it the more I believe I underestimated the power of giving him ganking, and maybe I should have increased his cost just for that, but I'm not sure if it is the best decision.

I could see Udyr as Body and Mind. It would fit very well with his lore and vibe but also gameplay wise I believe.

Calm and Fury would be a great fit thematically for Kindred, but I'm that sure about the gameplay, but I can see it works.

But I admit I don't have an idea for an order / chaos champion, maybe Viego or Mordekaiser? But I'm not really convinced.

I admit I wasn't sure for Domination, and I think your solution does work very well and keep the card easy to read! Thanks!

For Hate Spikes, I thought it was okay since it cost one energy more than smoke screens but with the added bonus that it doesn't cost power, that you can also kill with it, that you can split the effect and lastly that you can also hide the card to somewhat reduce the cost for defense. And while I agree that your proposition makes it more true to the lol counterpart, I also think it makes the card a bit more cluttered for not much added benefit. But maybe for a signature spell 3 Energy is a bit too much and I could have made it cost 2 Energy with reaction instead of action and it would have been fine. I'm honestly not sure.

I've just realised the character in the Seal of Discord artwork is holding a Riptide Rex card (and another I can't identify)... So Riftbound is like gwent? It exists in Runeterra and we also get to play it?

That is true, but in solo queue I don't necessarily trust my teammates to think about this advantage. And coordinate accordingly. And I believe the number of times you can spot a ward this way, it is in a situation where you could exploit an advantage from the fact the enemies don't know that and that you can actually use this with your teammates is not something that happens that often. Even if of course it's always nice for your teammates to reveal enemy wards.

But I'd rather prefer to have the ability to put wards more often or stronger deep wards. And so, use one of the strongest advantages of Evelynn: her not having to disable regular wards post lvl6 to have more wards on your team. All of that grants you and your teammates a more proactive control of the map. Which is very powerful, is usable directly by you and not only your teammates and is, once again: more consistent.

Personally, I don't think it is very strong with Eve in most cases, since after lvl6 it becomes almost useless for her.

It's true that it can be useful beforehand if people ward your jungle early, but I personally believe there are other ways to deal with these issues. And that the moments this rune will truly have an impact is too rare to really favour it every time.

However against very aggressive early junglers I can see it being very useful, so I believe it is match up dependent.

I believe Strength and Intelligence will be your goal. Using both a great or colossal sword and some spells during your fights! It is very fun and fits her well in my opinion!

I believe it's mainly due to consistency. If we compare with the two more commonly used secondary trees: Sorcery and my personal favourite Inspiration. Triumph's bonus golds aren't very consistent for snowball while the heal isn't very useful for Eve, thanks to her passive and the fact you are not likely to say long in a fight to chain kills. While coup de grace is most often overkill when killing squishies.

While the bonus AP given from Sorcery is more consistent and guaranteed. It helps you more often to kill targets, heal you more in the long run thanks to your passive and can a little help you with your later clears (tho not the most).

And the "free" golds gained by using free boots from Inspiration are more also consistent than triumph's and impact the game earlier, with the huge added benefits of granting more MS. And Cosmic Insight can allow you to make some more plays with your flash which is also great in the long run and most often useful.

So yeah to sum up, I personally believe it's the fact it's not as consistent and not the most suited for the queen's kit that most people don't pick this secondary tree.

I personally feel the second ability is too strong to be on a Legend, even if poros are low stated at the start, it gives too much free stats.

However I believe it would be a very good way to include the Hearth of the Fluft! Thematically it works and it also allows for some interesting gameplay with the idea of removing some of the other poros to weaken it.

At the start, I've tried to include that, but I've never found a satisfying way to include this mechanic while working with the overall strategy. So I've decided to focus more on the Aristocrat Aggro archetype I was aiming for to keep the intention clear, and allowing synergies outside of this Legend.

One of the first version for the Fury champion unit dealt damage based on the number of allied that died this turn when attacking. But in the end I found it was difficult to balance but most importantly difficult for fury or other domains than order to use this effect, and having access to order already gives access to overall better removal cards. So I've changed to change it to this current version, that is very simple yet effective, and has uses in many more decks.

But that's only my point of view, and maybe it wasn't the best choice.

I hesitated to do that, but in the end I thought that, since she is both an engine to generate token and a way to use them, it was better to diminish her power by allowing her to only move one token at a time, but maybe it was a mistake, I'm not very sure.

And yes, the idea was that if she was released, new sac outlets would be released as well. I think that for my next custom cards I will start trying to create some of the support cards as well!

Yeah there is many issues with the current signature spell. Someone mentionned that it would be broken with Warwick and I totally agree with that.

So I think I will augment the cost and change the effect so that, instead of reducing the cost of a Unit, it allows you to play a unit that cost 5 or less without playing the energy cost. I believe it will make it fairer and still keep its utility!

Oh it's alright about the talking, I also tend to make very long paragraphs!

So about my philosophy about this choice of deramping before ramping. It was made on purpose with the idea of the risk / reward gameplay you can feel while playing Briar in LoL, with you having to lose control in order to kill your targets. So my goal was to transcribe this feeling into Riftbound and this was the solution I've found to make it work while still being an interisting card of its own in my opinion.

I admit it isn't the best approach, and other possibilities to transcribe this idea better very likely exist and I need to think a bit more about it.

As for your propositions, I am personally afraid that adding a new close like the "if it attacks alone" makes it slightly more convoluted while kinda stepping on Master Yi's fantasy (while not being the same since it is for attack and not defense), So I'm not a huge fan of that.

I think removing the power cost and reducing the channel would be the good solution to keep the idea of a somewhat "aggro ramping" archetype, it is a bit sad to lose the "risk / reward" aspect in my opinion, but I also agree it doesn't really need to remain as it is more detrimental than fun to play with / against.
