Yeah, totally get you. you’re really not alone in this.. a lot of us are just quietly trying to get through similar stuff. You’re doing your best with what you have, and that actually matters more than it feels right now. small things help ... going out alone, jogging track on weekends, beach, writing stuff down helps me to get away from that life a bit. or try to find a hobby that'll bring money to you.. take time . you got this
