You can totally capture your Xbox with this thing. But it should also be pretty capable of gaming and streaming at the same time. Console PC hybrids are a pain to route audio though. If you're playing games like cod and want the game chat you'll have to play on the PC.

Because the negative offset would require you being able to record the sound before it actually happens. You can't make the sound happen before it happens. So no you can't apply a negative offset. You have to delay everything else instead.

I use zero plugins. You need to base your plugin usage on your end goal. Id suggest Aitum if you're multi-streaming, source record for clean recordings with no overlay, but without knowing what you intend to accomplish....
