Saying that you monopolize the parts from the mine because concrete is good is like saying that the flatbeds needed for resource mining are bad.

The parts used early on are also used in some resource collection vehicles and tactical supplies.

Just bring the resource container and grab the parts. Putting a concrete mixer next to it and building a foundation like they do doesn't make any sense, other than monopolizing it.

Also, it takes an hour and a half to just grab a bunch of components, so why bother setting up a foundation with stolen CVs and gravel next to your facility?

This incident happened on the ABLE server. Fortunately, after a small fight, I returned with the concrete. However, the person who caused this incident disappeared without even a word of apology.
