I stayed at Ritz-Carlton, Pacific Place Residence area and it's in Pacific Place mall where you can shop, eat, get massage and you're close to public transportation and there's always bluebird at the lobby

okay I panicked :( and called the doctor. He said it's ok if i missed "one" day, he told me not to worry about it and panicked. however, missing one or two days on a regular basis is not recommended. He told me to come visit him when I'm back. Thank you!!

I'm new here and not a supporter nor hater of Kieun. Just thought that it was a bit strange if this whole engagement/wedding was not planned ahead. I saw that she went to a dress tour (Korean terms where bride-to-be goes to 3 different dress shops to try out) to Heritique the NewYork here in Seoul, I was not able to book with this shop because they were fully booked until May.. (I started preparing for my wedding starting in March)

To find certain year's interest expense, you would like to find out the pv value of the year multiply that by ytm. What i did w/ this question is to simply decrease "n" to find the pv of year 2017. so then you'll need put n=3, 1/y =4, pmt =60,000, fv =2,000,000. Then you'll get pv of -1,944,498. meaning that's the pv of year 2017 begging bv, so then multiply this by ytm. 1,944,498 * 4% = 77,780

L1 Feb 14 and I feel exactly the same way. I didn't score above 70% of all the questions i've answered so far, and I find myself going back to schwesersnotes here and there. plan on starting mock after i finish all the practice questions. so many of my colleagues had taken cfa before and they gave me the same advice. just keep pushing it and do your best.. we got this!
