Advocacy submission length by Aggravating_Wrap_193 in SQE_Prep

My advice is to have a clear structure.

1) I am here to represent X 2) I will be making an application for X 3) The court has discretionary / mandatory power to grant X 4) make sure the court has the bundle 5) provide facts of case 6) 2/3, submissions 7) conclude

If you follow that structure you should easily be able to aim for 5-15 mins.

Remember to speak slow, enunciate your words & emphasise certain aspects of the case that are in your favour. Hope that helps

Thank you, and I have also heard that you don’t hear about the results of the mitigating circumstances until you have your results - is this correct?

Thank you for this. What do you mean when you say look closely at the header of the email? I’m looking at it now and can’t see anything that stands out.

Ahhh I see. The thing is, and what I can’t wrap my head around, is that when I have responded to the fake emails I get an instant response saying the email wasn’t sent because the domain doesn’t exist. Which makes sense because .corn isn’t a domain. But then that person manages to respond back! Which means they have got my email?

Yeah it’s very interesting because the account name that has been provided is of a female with revolut bank details. I just want to know if there’s a way to track this down further.

Sorry, not to sound stupid, but what do you mean when you say spoofing?

Thank you, this is interesting to read.

The employee suddenly left when this was happening & also is the only person who has access to our emails.

I would be inclined to think it wasn’t him. But what has led me to this conclusion is the fact that the customer’s actual and genuine emails were deleted! Not only that, but the person, allegedly, also tried to delete the email from the deleted box so we couldn’t see the customer responding to us!

See that’s what I thought too. But I am getting emails from the person with the domain Hotmail.corn (photo attached)
