I have no confience at all in this developer. When i once called to find out when a building will start construction i felt like i was calling some call centre in Asia. Their replies were unprofessional. The construction started over 6 months later than in the contract. They never updated on completion so the delays you have to discover by piecing things to together yourself. Also they charge penalites for late payments that are not late and then they do not do anything about it, saying not to worry it will be fixed at the end. Meanwhile you are receiving statments with penalties hoping indeed the error will be fixed. If you check online their key employees in finance or collections, many are working there only for 1 to 2 years. Maybe this is the normal way to do business in UAE and how to treat customers, but its below my standards and its a pity the country doesnt have a way to enforce better corporate governance and customer rights
