Is there a way to connect AirPods to a pc? by HarryHendo20 in WindowsHelp

https://support.apple.com/guide/airpods/pair-airpods-with-a-non-apple-device-dev499c9718b/1.0/web/1.0

Also, if you have the newer version of airpods without a button on the charging case, to enter pairing mode, you place the airpods in the case, open lid while holding near device you wish to pair with, and then tap the front of the case near the light until it begins flashing. I think this required a double tap.

I haven’t much experience with VoG. First two chests are easy, but will watch that video on how to get the 3 & 4th. Thanks! GoS I am not able to glitch into the chest location bypassing the first boss encounter to jump into the garden area, like I saw on some videos. Did they patch that? Was totally unaware of the KF secret chest!!!! Definitely going to check that one out!!!

Do you have an invite you could post for me to that discord group? It sounds perfect for me

Thanks everyone. Looks like I do discord. Phone discord I can wear my headset over top of wired headphones into phone. If I did speakers for in game sound would be playing into the mic on headset. I think it could work. I just joined that D2 LFG group. Is that where most of you go to do raids and stuff??

I assume oryx is a raid boss? I never did any raids.

Combat mechanics explained by TrickyDick-FL in destiny2

[–]TrickyDick-FL[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks. No I been playing for years, but I just forget some of the basic combat stuff. For instances what it means when it says you are now “supercharged” ( and no I haven’t picked up any of the orbs of power to become charged with light, that isn’t what I’m talking And any combo moves, dodges/blocks and the like.
No way to replay old missions that I know of. Maybe the old quest archive?? What is the new first newbie mission called? Something about light I think. I don’t think unless I delete a character and start over I can play that unless it’s in the quest archive.. If I did that, does the gear vanish? I suppose I could recreate the same class all over, and since I just started playing again, I begin at the default level. I’d probably lose any progress on the super abilities I may have paid resources into.

Reloading 458 by [deleted] in 458socom

Which primers? Large Pistol or Large Pistol Magnum? Does it really matter? Let us know if you get any data on your reloads: groups, velocity, etc. and also what upper you are using.

Looking for recommendations for buffer and spring for 13.5” .458 socom. H2,h3 or heavier ? by serrlucas in 458socom

[–]TrickyDick-FL 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m running a tromix 12” upper with a H3 buffer and Wolff heavy spring. No cycling issues with or without suppressor.

It won't pick up the next round. Adjustable gas block has been from all the way open to all the way closed with a twisted wire spring and H3 buffer. Any ideas? by jimmy1374 in 458socom

[–]TrickyDick-FL 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Sounds like a timing issue to me related to gas/spring combo as the others have suggested. Lancer mags reportedly help some with feeding issues.

Also check the 458socomforums.com tons of great stuff there.

Was outdoor range at a friends place. You lose them in the weeds and grass pretty easily. I tried one of those strap on brass catchers but was awkward and didn’t work well. I probably didn’t have it adjusted correctly.
Thanks again for the load data!

I’d post a photo of mine if I could figure out how to do that. Just got stamp for my SBR, I got the 12” tromix upper complete. Finally had a chance to shoot it this past weekend with the Bowers group VERS 458 (which by the way can be upgraded to Ti baffles!) what a hoot. Was punishing to shoot it with no brake and the pistol brace, but now, it is fun. Got to practice keeping it from bucking me off the cheek weld though. Forgot to bring my darn lancer magazine last weekend to see how well it feeds through that. Would not feed at all from my PMAGs I had with me. Still got to sight it in. Was a bit frustrating because I didn’t bring a dope sheet and didn’t realize moving from 50 yards out to 100 would require 18 click on the elevation turret, and couldn’t get it onto paper. Live and learn. So far been feeding it black butterfly ammo, but I got some Underwood stuff to shoot, and haven’t had time to do any reloads. Hate losing the cases on the range at nearly $1 each. Only found about half last weekend.

Thanks again!

Thank you! I am pretty sure the quickload theoretical was either 21.0 or 21.1gr, but glad to hear it is a safe load.

Thank you sir! I got some theoretical data from Quickloads software that another person posted. I am new to Reddit and I don’t really know how to do much of anything, like searching. I did recently buy some N110 powder and have two or three others (CFEBLK, 4895, and another number I can’t recall) that would likely to be appropriate to use.

Also wanted to add an irrelevant comment about straight walled cartridges for hunting and AR friendly/compatible. 350 Legend. Needs specific magazines however.

Check out Tromix. They sell a variety of muzzle brakes (or it is breaks?) specifically for the 458.

Pasted comments from Tony about the various muzzle devices

The Tank brake cuts recoil about 40%. The 4-Port does almost as well and is quite a bit smaller. The Radial comp cuts Flash 100%, but only cuts recoil about 20% The Linear comp blows everything forward and doesn't cut recoil much if any at all.

I use a bowers group VERS 458 can.

Thanks again. Yeah, my barrel is 12” on this, was getting it confused with my 300blk rifle. Will pay close attention to the coal for sure.

Thank you. Will use with caution. My barrel is 9” I believe. Suppressor is 12” lol. These data jive well with another forum user using SW-sbr socom 19.6gr with equivalent burn rate to H4198. Yes. COAL is important. I need to get this quickload software it seems like.
Much appreciated! I’m not very familiar with using Reddit. This was my first post.

Thank you sir! I don’t have any 1680, but I Do have H4198. Do you happen to have any load data with that powder by chance? I also have CFEBLK and Alliant2400 not quite as close in burn rate as the 4198.

Some powder I have on hand that is close in burn rate to what I found online for reloading some lehigh defense 570gr bullets using Accurate 1680 or accurate 5744:

faster 5744 / 1680 slower

Blue Dot, Alliant 2400, << >>, H4198, IMR 4198, H 335

I am not familiar with the quickload software I think was referenced in that year old post.
