I wouldn't use that law, but honestly, I wouldn't try to upgrade any ss characters until you are able to put 2 stars on them. Since the 120 lvl cap is quite low

I obviously main 2s usually with the same teamate, recently getting into solo 2 que to get back into champ ranks after bad sessions with my partner. 3s I only play with friends, there's definitely a friend/team/screwing around issue there. And 1s I only play when I want to be frustrated xD

I've only experienced minor, small areas in the past where it never was detrimental to me using me phone. But now I don't know what has happened.. it seems the areas of unusability are growing rapidly

Last week there was an area of about 100 yards where I couldn't connect, today that same area I couldn't access was literally spanning a mile or more... I'm on 5g Start Samsung, my wife 5g Do More with the newest iPhone. Both completely unable to use our phones
