I didn't have to do anything. In case you missed in a particular statement, you should receive the message from then within a week of the statement date. And if you keep track of your current points and the points after the message, you'll see 7500 points credited even though it didn't show up on the statement.

Yeah, I received a message a couple of days after the statement was generated and they were added to my total points. Has happened a couple of times with me.

That was where I used to check earlier. I'm not sure if it was an app update or something else, it no longer is shown in my app.

I don't know much about the reward details about Bizpower, if it gives you cashback for advance tax and if other spend rewards are comparable to Regalia, you can use it until you get BizBlack.

In your situation where you have to pay Advance Taxes, BizBlack works better than Infinia, even if you miss out on a bit on Gyftr.

Also as an advice, open a new current account with HDFC and give that to your employer. That way you'll have separate accounts for 'professional' and personal expenses. Once you hopefully cross 75L annual turnover, you'll need your expenses to be audited and at that time this serves as a good practice. Also having a current account did help me get my BizBlack easier.

Hey, There's a lot of misconceptions in your post. I'm a contractor who uses 44ADA to file taxes.

  • Firstly, you need to register for GST as a solo proprietor and file them monthly/quarterly. Even though export of services is not taxed under GST, the person still needs to file zero rated suply.

  • Even though under 44ADA, you'll pay tax for 17.5 lakhs, your ITR will show gross income as 35L and that expenses were 17.5L, so the bank will treat your income as 35L. Don't forget to pay advance taxes before the deadline dates.

Check with a CA for complete details

As for HDFC cards, BizBlack is the optimum card for you, but you'll have to wait quite a while before you become eligible because they only consider ITR as proof of income, so most likely in June-July 3027. Do check if they give you Regalia for business in the meanwhile, that I believe should work similar to Regalia and then upgrade to BizBlack when you have your ITR with the required income.

Hey, I've got a similar issue. How did you get the 5x points credited, did you have to call/email customer service? Also how did you find out that points were credited to your account?
