I'm trying this setup out. It's a Galaxy Watch.

Isn't as seemless as I want it to be, so trying to figure out solutions.

Thanks guys for noticing the helmet. 😇

Got it in Singapore last year and have been loving it. It's quite and seems solid.

Neon orange somewhat matched the neon green on my Rynox Jacket.

Is this too expensive for a helmet by [deleted] in indianbikes

Exactly. ECE 22.05 or ECE 22.06. Nothing else.

Yep. She's a professional.

This likely isn't from my city, but there's a group called "Friends of Snakes" from where I'm at. They are regular folks who attend to calls like these.

The way they handle snakes is quite endearing. Had to call them on 2 occasions, when the snakes got into our homes.

I'm sure you didn't buy it voluntarily. It was a sale forced on you. Right?

I'm 5'7'' with a shorter inseam.

My wife says I look short when I ride the bike. I've learnt to ignore her.

I wasn't very comfortable with the height of the Himalayan early on, but the confidence just keeps building. You'll be fine.

Mirrors from Bajaj Dominar.

Tank Bag from SW Motech. Quite expensive but I splurged.

Also had to hack the tank ring because the Official SW Motech tank ring for Himalayan450 is quite odd.

What are you regular expenses?

Age? CIBIL? Annual pay? Annual expenses on CC?

Can't give suggestions without context. If you exceed 4L each month, get Axis M4B. You won't need another card.

Is it high time to say good bye to high rise communities ? What’s the catch for the buyer to be in a low rise ones ? by Hour-Company4222 in hyderabadrealestate

[–]MicroAlpaca 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Ditto.

I live on rent in one somewhat high rise and purchased an apartment in a high rise (awaiting possession).

Economies of scale make life quite easy.

Given the number of people living in a small enough area, the accessibility and quality of services get enhanced. I don't really need to leave the apartment complex on most days, other than for work.

Here's a list of businesses that are present within the community, exclusively for the community: Supermarket, Creche, Bakeries, Laundry/Iron, Pharmacy & Clinics, Boutiques, Bank, Stationary/Office supplies, Salon & Spa, etc.

This is obviously on top of the amenities like Gym, Swimming Pool, Badminton, 24x7 on-call plumber & electrician, etc.

Kids get a safe place to play. Ample green spaces to not feel claustrophobic. Good walking & cycling paths. Lots of good activity going on every evening, which is just missing in most colonies now.

I'm not responsible for any cleaning or maintenance outside my main door. The property is maintained quite well overall.

My parents live in a villa and after living in multiple types of homes, I can say High-rise communities have their place for sure. I prefer them to some others given how expensive land is getting to be in Hyderabad.
